Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery (next working day) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.

Shipping is free on all orders over £150. For orders under £150, a flat shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel in real time.

Currently we ship within the UK only. We're working on expanding to Europe and beyond — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll arrange a free return and full refund.

Email us at returns@homenest.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

We're sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Yes. Every product sold on HomeNest comes with a minimum 2-year warranty. Some products have longer manufacturer warranties — this is noted on the individual product page.

Yes, all products are brand new and sold in original manufacturer packaging unless otherwise stated.
